Terms of Service

Blhu AI provides AI receptionist services, website design and development, and bundled packages. The specific scope of what you receive is defined by the package you purchase.

Setup fees are one-time charges collected at purchase. Monthly service is billed monthly in advance and continues until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing section of this site.

You may cancel the monthly service at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; it does not refund setup fees or the current billing period unless stated in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding, for the content you supply, and for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you send us.

Blhu AI may not be used for unlawful purposes, harassment, deceptive practices, or any use that violates applicable telephone, recording, or consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We work to keep services running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party providers such as telephony, hosting, and AI vendors may affect service.

Any figures, estimates, or examples shown on this site are illustrative only. We do not guarantee revenue, bookings, rankings, or any specific business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Blhu AI's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
