Refund & Cancellation Policy

Setup fees cover configuring, customizing, integrating, testing, and preparing your Blhu AI services — AI receptionist setup, business knowledge base, calendar/booking connections, call routing, website work, and other implementation.

• Non-refundable once work has begun.
• Refundable only if you request it before Blhu AI starts any setup work.
• Once work starts, time and resources are committed specifically to your business.

Services may include a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled.

• Cancel any time to stop future renewals.
• Cancellation does not automatically refund an already-processed payment.
• Access typically continues through the end of your paid billing period.

A monthly payment may be eligible for a refund only when both conditions are met:

• Request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the charge.
• The service has not been substantially used during that billing period.
• Requests after 14 days are generally non-refundable (except where required by law).

Substantial use may include significant AI receptionist use, a material number of customer calls handled, appointments booked or managed, active integrations, extensive custom automations, a published/active website, or meaningful operation during the billing period. Blhu AI reviews usage when determining eligibility.

Cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Submit cancellations through the method Blhu AI provides or via our contact info. Cancellation applies to future billing only — you're responsible for canceling before your next billing date to avoid another charge.

To request a refund, contact Blhu AI with: your name, business name, account email, date of the charge, and the reason for the request. We may review account activity before approving or denying. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing times vary by provider.

Payments for website design, custom development, integrations, or personalized project work are non-refundable once work on that project has begun. Completed, partially completed, and time-invested work is generally not refundable. Any separate project agreement may include additional terms.

Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must also cancel it. Likewise, canceling does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a payment already processed.

If you believe a billing error occurred, contact Blhu AI first so we can investigate. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law or through your payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension or termination of services.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where federal, state, or local law requires a refund or remedy, Blhu AI will comply.

Blhu AI may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
