Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us when you purchase a service or complete onboarding — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, business hours, services, and any materials you upload for your website or AI receptionist.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy and security practices.

To operate your AI receptionist, calls placed to your configured number may be processed and, where enabled, transcribed so the assistant can answer questions, take messages, and book appointments. This information is used to provide and improve the service you purchased.

We use your information to build and configure your services, provide support, process payments, send service-related email, and operate the AI receptionist on your behalf.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that make Blhu AI work — for example payment processing, hosting, email delivery, telephony, and AI providers — and where required by law.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide your services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing blhu.luke@gmail.com. Deleting core business information may end your ability to use the service.
